Background
Prior to joining RMI, Amy worked for the University of Colorado Denver as a HR Consultant assisting various departments with their staff recruitment and retention, job analysis and HR policies and procedures. She also worked as a Senior Accountant for a large publishing company before pursuing a career in Human Resources.
