As director of human resources, Carol is responsible RMI’s human capital strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, compensation/rewards, and benefits. Carol also serves as liaison with the Compenation Committee of the Board of Directors.
Carol brings a broad array of experience to RMI. She has a background in HR areas including organization development, industrial relations, mergers & acquisitions, high growth strategy, leadership development and coaching.
Prior to coming to RMI, Carol held HR leadership roles including serving as the Director of Human Resources at Noodles & Company. She served in multiple HR leadership positions at Wells Fargo, including Director of HR for their Home and Consumer Lending Group. Carol began her career at Shell Oil Company where she enjoyed several different HR assignments in Texas and California.
