As the director of finance, Ed is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the Institute’s operations and provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the organization. Ed coordinates and leads the annual audit process, and is a liasion with external auditors and the Finance and Audit Committees of the Board of Directors.

Background

Ed brings over twenty years of finance and accounting experience in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution and non-profit sectors of the economy. He has extensive experience in financial management and budgeting, and project and corporate finance.

Before coming to RMI, Ed served as the director of finance and accounting for Mile Hi Church, a 5000-member mega-church. During his tenure, Ed was responsible for the fiscal operations of the church, including the financial management of several multi-million dollar capital campaigns. Prior to Mile Hi, Ed was a regional financial manager for Odwalla, Inc., a food products company and was the controller for Rocky Mountain Fresh & Natural.
