Eric specializes in 3D digital modeling, daylight simulation and climate responsive design solutions. He develops technical and graphical content to inform and assist architects, engineers, and building owners throughout the building design process. Eric is a former member of the LEED project certification review team for the USGBC.
Background
Eric brings a diverse set of abilities to RMI’s built environment practice. He has in-depth design and analysis skills tempered by 15 years of practical hands-on construction experience in the residential and commercial sector. Eric served on the Environmental Center Board of Directors at Fort Lewis College, has spoken to ASHRAE and AIA audiences on the importance of integrated design and has an impressive collection of '70s button-up shirts.
