High Performance Building Case: Phipps Conservancy

A case study from RMI's video High Performance Building: Performance by Integrated Design. Phipps has been a Pittsburgh landmark since 1893. Their newest building, the Center for Sustainable Landscapes, is pursuing LEED Platinum Certification, and it uses only natural light for almost 80% of daytime hours. The original RFP required the winning team to follow a facilitated integrated design process to achieve these exceptional results.
