With over 16 years nonprofit experience in research, management, and donor relations, Tonya supports the Development team in their fundraising activities.
Before coming to RMI, Tonya has worked at various Denver Metro area nonprofits including Denver Botanic Gardens, where she supported their $81 million capital campaign, and as Development Coordinator for a small grassroots advocacy organization. Prior to development, Tonya worked as an analyst at Mercyhurst College’s Center for Information, Research and Analysis Training where she created analytical training case studies based on domestic terrorism incidents for use by a member of the United States Intelligence Community and analyzed a wide range of data on global human trafficking for a quantitative database project.
In her free time Tonya is active in the disability community as a board Director for The Arc of Colorado, where she sits on the Public Policy Committee and chairs the Nomination Committee.
