Daniel Wetzel is an associate in RMI’s Snowmass office. Dan is focused on projects in the Electricity and Industrial practices. Dan joined RMI in September 2013.
Prior to joining RMI, Dan was a formulation scientist with Reckitt Benckiser. While at Reckitt Benckiser, Dan worked with the Research and Development team creating new product offerings for the Lysol and Dettol brands across global markets, particularly focusing on new launches in India and the Middle East. Additionally, Dan worked with the internal sustainable steering committee to help Reckitt Benckiser achieve their environmental goals. Prior to his stint in the CPG industry, Dan worked for RTI Surgical (previously RTI Biologics) in their Innovation team developing new human allograft technology. Dan focused on novel delivery methods, particularly leveraging collagen auto-assembly mechanisms for in situ surgical application. His educational background is in Chemical and Industrial processes, with a focus on their energy and material impacts.
