The 2016 eLab Accelerator will take place at Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah. At this inspiring location in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, teams will have the rare opportunity to work in a creative, focused environment away from the distractions of our daily lives. Sundance is located 45 minutes from Salt Lake City, easily accessible from Salt Lake City International Airport.
eLab Accelerator will be a highly interactive meeting requiring full participation from all participants, from the opening introductions to the meeting close. RMI and Reos Partners develop an agenda that maximizes opportunities for meaningful project work and individual learning, including several modes of working:
- Facilitated project team working sessions targeting that project’s biggest needs,
- Cross-team learning exchange,
- Topic training with faculty, and
- Development of action plans where appropriate.
The following is a high-level agenda for Accelerator 2016; a detailed agenda will be prepared based on the identified needs of teams attending the meeting.
Thanks to the generous support of eLab sponsors, Accelerator is being offered at a minimal cost to participants. The participant fee for Accelerator 2016 is $1,300 per person. This fee covers three nights lodging and meals at Sundance Resort, ground transportation to and from Salt Lake City Airport, and a portion RMI’s cost of hosting the event. A limited number of scholarships will be available to offset the costs of participation for individuals who might not otherwise be able to attend. Teams are also encouraged to seek financial support from project sponsors or other sources.
Applications for Accelerator 2016 are due by January 4, 2016. Submitted applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Successful applications will be sent a formal invitation upon their acceptance with all invitations sent out by February, 2016.
