Emily is RMI's HR Assistant focused on supporting the department in various functional areas including recruiting, benefits and payroll, and new hire onboarding processes.
Prior to joining RMI, Emily worked as a HR Coordinator for Workforce Insight assisting with various HR functions focused around the onboarding of new employees. She also worked for the University of Denver as a HR Representative developing content for programs initiated by the Talent Management and Employee Services team. Right out of college, Emily worked as a Program Coordinator for Flextronics, an American supply chain solutions company.
Emily is currently pursuing her Masters in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Denver, and is excited to write her thesis this summer for an August 2014 graduation date.
