Dr. LI Ting, Principal & Chief Representative of China, Rocky Mountain Institute. Dr. LI has long experience in research and practice in the area of sustainable development. She was serving in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Treaty & Law Department for environmental treaties negotiations for more than 15 years, and was a senior negotiator in UN climate talks. Dr. LI is a registered expertise of Asian Development Bank and World Bank. She is involved in policy making process of China on low carbon development, and participated the research programs on low carbon development policy, mechanism and international regime.
Dr. LI graduated in Remin University of China with Master Degree of Law. She also has M.A. degree from Tufts University, USA, and Ph.D in Environment Economics from China Academy of Science.
