Executive Assistant to Amory Lovins

Patty Heydenberk is the executive assistant to Chief Scientist, Dr. Amory Lovins, at the Rocky Mountain Institute, Snowmass, CO. Born in Nürnberg, Germany and raised in San Antonio, TX, she moved to the Roaring Fork Valley June 1990.

Patty most recently served as the Development/Office Manager for Jazz Aspen Snowmass focusing on the needs of Board of Directors, patrons and the “VIP” ticket sales. Prior to that (1994 -2002) she was the Personal Assistant and Household Manager to Gerald & Barbara Hines of Hines Interest Limited Partnership. During that time Patty prepared daily meals for 2-12 people. She assisted in administrative needs to a high-powered executive and his corporate vice presidents when in Aspen, CO. In 1996, the family moved to London, England. Patty accompanied them to England for three months assisting in settling them in their new home. She remains close to the Hines family.

Patty married Craig Heydenberk in 2002 and resides in Carbondale, CO with her husband and two German Shorthaired Pointers, Hanna Ann and Josie Wails. Among many hobbies, she loves to cook and entertain in her home, camp in the mountains, hunt for mushrooms and hike with her dogs.
