Devi Glick

Associate (Electricity)


Devi is an Associate in the Electricity Practice, focusing on the Electricity Innovation Lab. She brings to RMI a background in quantitative analysis of policy, decision-making and energy systems. She is excited to be exploring the field of distributed resources and demand side solutions through her work with the e-lab. She is particularly interested in exploring challenges and solutions at the nexus of environmental security and national security. Devi joined RMI in August 2012.


Devi comes to RMI from the University of Michigan, where she spent three years studying Public Policy and Environmental Science. While there she completed a year and a half long, multidisciplinary project developing a guide for Climate Change Adaptation planning in US cities. Outside of the classroom she was actively involved in the campus sustainability board, where she organized student action and coordinated communication with the campus administration with the goal of institutionalizing sustainability practices across the University. Prior to that, she worked in her hometown of Portland, Maine as a Staff Assistant for US Congressman Tom Allen. While at Middlebury College, Devi completed a political science thesis analyzing the relationship between Environmental Security and National Security in the post-cold war United States.
