Pablo is a senior associate on the Clean Industrial Hubs initiative within the Climate-Aligned Industries program, supporting the development of industrial clusters in the US Gulf Coast and California through regulatory and policy analysis.

Background

Prior to joining RMI, Pablo worked for the British Government leading teams across the western United States and US gulf coast regions focused on developing international investment opportunities in clean energy and industrial decarbonization in the United States and UK. Before fully delving into the world of energy, Pablo previously led special projects for the UCLA School of Engineering communications department.
