Jennifer Gilley is Human Resources Manager at RMI. Jennifer’s primary focus is to integrate talent functions to deliver faster end-to-end solutions in the areas of HR service, recruitment, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. She works out of the Boulder office.
Prior to joining RMI, Jennifer supported startup and high growth companies by translating business outcomes into HR strategy and tactics in both global and domestic markets. Jennifer’s most recent positions have been as HR Consultant and HR Business Partner representing technology, healthcare, mobility, and non-profit organizations among others. Her strategies have realized consistent results in streamlined processes creating innovative pathways for talent management, employee engagement, strategic planning, and leadership development.
