Zhe is a principal at RMI, where he primarily works on the China Transportation Program freight efficiency project and focuses on urban logistics efficiency and electric urban delivery trucks promotion and application practices in Chinese cities.

Background

Prior to RMI, Zhe interned at the Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) where he summarized and analyzed the trading price and volume for China’s 2014 carbon trading market, and predicted the future market trends, opportunities, and challenges. While pursuing a Master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University, Zhe worked as a student consultant for the NCAA Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) on a consulting practicum, finding solutions for the organization to increase revenue.

Prior to graduate school, he won the second prize Mathematical Modeling Contest. Zhe also worked for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as an intern to help Zhenjiang city generate its high-tech industrial park development plans.
