Jacob works within RMI’s Commodity Market Transformation Initiative with a specific focus on the oil and gas industry. His work specializes in sub-national US policy, international policy, and corporate climate action.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Jacob spent two years as a legislative aide with the Office of State Senator Michael J. Barrett in the Massachusetts State Legislature. While working with Senator Barrett, the office crafted energy legislation which became an Act to Advance Clean Energy, signed into law by Governor Charlie Baker during the summer of 2018.
