Patrick Molloy

  • Climate-Aligned Industries

Patrick is a manager with the Climate-Aligned Industries Program at RMI, where he leads workstreams on the potential of hydrogen technology and use cases for decarbonizing hard-to-abate sectors. Currently, this work includes leading research on hydrogen adoption in the shipping and fertilizer sectors as well as coordinating the Green Hydrogen Catapult’s work on hydrogen hub development.

Background

Patrick has worked extensively across the energy sector. He previously worked with RMI’s Business Renewables Center, where he focused on tax equity structures and PPA deal structures. As part of RMI’s Mining Team, he led work on mine site remediation of on-site renewable resource development.
